As our company grows, we continue to expand into a variety of areas. Whenever we have the opportunity to add team members we go back to the many resumes people have sent us over time. This balancing act extends to being creative and resourceful without losing a single-task orientation, as well as having amazing ideas yet getting the job done. Team members either come with a broad world-view or the willingness to acquire one quickly.
We work in an open, fast, shifting work environment that has no titles, informal communication lines, and many possible roads leading to a shared final goal. We are competitive and even adversarial in our quest to solve problems, and we are not afraid of learning enough to find common sense solutions in all sorts of contexts.
We not only admire the best books, software code, paintings, TV shows, music and films, but actually try to make world-class applications. Obviously, living up to these standards is quite a challenge for all of us, but that's what makes it fun.
