In order to use our software you must abide by the following software user agreement. This is the entire text:
You may use this Software on THREE PERSONAL computers at a time.
You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this Agreement, provided you deactivate all three computer using the Fluenz Deactivation tool and retain no copies of the program.
You acknowledge that Fluenz Inc. owns all right, title and interest in and to this Software, including all intellectual property as protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws and treaties, with the exception of certain music and photographs which are owned by third parties, and are used in the Software with their expressed permission. Accordingly, you agree that you will not copy or reproduce this Software except as allowed by this Agreement. You agree not to alter, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the Software.
You acknowledge that while every precaution was taken to produce bug free code, you use this software at your own risk. Fluenz will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits while using this Software.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Florida.
