10 to choose Fluenz
In order to use our software you must abide by the following software user agreement. This is the entire text:
"You may use this Software on as many PERSONAL systems as desired.
You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this Agreement, provided you retain no copies.
You acknowledge that Fluenz owns all right, title and interest to this Software, including all intellectual property as protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws and treaties, with the exception of certain audio software, music and photographs which are owned by third parties, and are used in the Software with their expressed permission. Accordingly, you agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the Software.
You acknowledge that while every precaution was taken to produce bug-free code, you use this software at your own risk. Fluenz will not be liable for data loss, damages, or loss of profits while using this software.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Florida."
